HIMGA BORAD Meeting 02/11/2009 9:00am

Present: Dick Smith, John Inman, Dick Christian, Larry LaFargue, Gene Edwards, Jack Hill, Pete Peterson

Barry Storie remarked on Breakfast menu and a system to be in place by April 7, 2009

Board Members approved moving players age 75 or 80 to Gold tees on Tuesday and following birthday of eligibility. Age will be determined by vote.

Total current HIMGA membership; 155

Board approved up to $1000 expenditure for top soil on 3 new Tee Boxes

Allen Schneider who passed away January 14^th, was replace by Bob Parks

Next meeting will be March 4^th, 2009 at 9:00am. Another meeting is scheduled for March 25^th at 9:00
